A pair, or up to 10

Two is a pair. Ten is a party.

A private partner who sees only what you choose, or a weekly arena that scores consistency and quality, not who ate least.

Resets on the first

One other person

Often the person you live with, and that is the point: you share a kitchen, so their meal can be lifted into your day in a couple of taps. Nothing between you is ranked and nothing is scored.

Hold your goals together for a month and In Sync climbs a tier.

Partner
A month at a glance, only what each of you chose to show.

Off by default

You decide what they see

Each of you chooses whether the other sees your numbers and whether they see your meals. Progress always shows in outline: days logged, goals met, how far along you are. The figures stay off until you turn them on.

A number you withhold is left out on the server, so it never reaches their phone.

Up to 10 / one week

The weekly arena

Your gym group, the people you run with on Thursdays, the cycling club, the other parents at school pickup, or your mates. Everyone is scored from zero to a thousand on their own week, against their own plan.

Party
One week, one score each, and it starts again on Monday.

Zero to a thousand

How the score works

Four parts, and your worst day of the week is dropped before any of it is added up.

  • Adherence, half the score

The days you landed inside your own band.

  • Consistency, most of the rest

The days you logged at all.

  • Completeness, a smaller share

Breakfast, lunch and dinner accounted for.

  • Streak, a sliver

    Unbroken days, worth the least.

Gaining or losing

Nobody wins by eating less

The band points the way your goal points: up for a gain plan, down for a loss plan, with a floor underneath it. Someone cutting and someone bulking compete on the same terms, and dropping below your floor is a miss, not an edge.

Finish a week on top and Podium moves a tier.

Bronze to black

The long game

Most are visible from the first day, so you can see what you are working toward. Achievements climb five tiers as the days and the counts add up.

Six are hidden. The app will tell you that you earned one before it tells you what it was.

Achievements
The tier ladder, and a few you will not see coming.

The whole visible set

Twenty-one, by name

Battler, Dedicated, Pinnacle, Macro Marksman, Forager, Barcode Hunter, Depth Perception, Kitchen Scientist, Weigh Station, Early Bird, Night Owl, Weekend Warrior, Comeback Kid, Globetrotter, Squad, Party Animal, Podium, In Sync, Chronicle, Hydro, On Course.

Handles, not numbers

Privacy inside the social layer

Friends are added by handle. A profile carries no numbers. What a partner sees is a choice you can unmake at any time, and a party sees scores, never meals.

Before you ask

  • How is the party scored?

Everyone is scored from zero to a thousand against their own plan. Half is adherence to your own band, most of the rest is consistency, a smaller share is completeness and a sliver is streak, with your worst day of the week dropped before any of it is added up.

  • Can my partner see my weight?

Not unless you turn that on. A partner always sees progress in outline: days logged, goals met, how far along you are. The weight itself stays off until you reveal it, and a number you withhold is left out on the server, so it never reaches their phone.

  • Is there a leaderboard?

Inside a party, yes: one standing for the week, and it resets on Monday. Between partners there is none. Nothing about a partner is ranked, scored or compared.
